CMMS Administrator (M/F) 6-month Fixed-term Contract
· You participate in handling new business, ensure the modernization of tools, and manage reporting and monitoring of operating procedures.
· You deploy sold contracts by implementing management tools in the CMMS, monitoring and reporting tools, training teams, and providing technical support to operations.
· You install patches for the CMMS tool deployed by the supplier.
· Monitoring and improvement of reporting tools (mainly Power BI).
· Improvement of business tools (cost estimation tool, sales sheet, etc.)
You have significant initial experience in implementing and managing a CMMS system.
You master databases and have solid knowledge of Excel.
You have very good command of IT tools. Knowledge in HVAC would be a strong asset.
Equipped with a strong service spirit and excellent interpersonal skills, you can operate in a multi-stakeholder context. You are proactive and stand out through your synthesis skills and rigor.
