Your Area of Responsibility
- Your main task is to prepare daily courier shipments
- You also record required data in our system and perform general office tasks
- Collecting and processing internal and external outgoing mail as well as packages complete your range of activities
- You handle incoming inquiries by phone or email
- If necessary, you take over sick and vacation replacements from your colleagues
Your Profile
- You can work daily at least from about 2 pm to 5 pm and can also work flexibly at other times if needed
- You already have professional experience or experience in mail processing, goods receipt, or logistics
- Working on the PC with Word or Excel is easy for you
- You are characterized by good manners, physical resilience, and a quick grasp
- Your German skills are at least good; additional languages are an advantage
- You can work independently but also feel comfortable in a team
- You have a class B driving license
- You are responsible and can provide a clean record (criminal and debt register extract)
