Area of responsibility

• You are the central contact person for clients and colleagues on complex tax accounting and direct tax issues.
• You lead tax audits for international groups and Swiss companies, combining tax and audit perspectives.
• You support clients in the transformation of their tax functions as well as in process-, data- and technology-based solutions.
• You advise on current international tax topics, especially BEPS Pillar 2, and their impact on audit and advisory.
• You take overall responsibility for client mandates – from planning and implementation to process and quality optimisation.
• You coach and develop team members and contribute to a performance-oriented team culture.

Requirements profile

• 5–9 years of professional experience in tax accounting, tax audit, corporate tax or a comparable function.
• Solid experience in the Swiss tax environment is essential; experience in international corporate tax is an advantage.
• Ideally Big4/consulting experience in corporate tax as well as tax audit/accounting. A combination of consulting and in-house is also interesting.
• Very good understanding of accounting & tax reporting (IFRS and/or US GAAP) and the ability to recognise interdisciplinary connections.
• Swiss Certified Tax Expert (STEX) is an advantage.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style as well as good project management and communication skills.
• Interest in technology and AI in the area of tax & reporting.
• Fluent German and English skills are essential.
