For our Wohnangebot Plus at our Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for a personality immediately or by arrangement, limited until September 30, 2026, as
Tasks
- Individual care and support of our clients in the living and leisure area
- Guiding or accompanying daily personal hygiene
- Supporting the implementation of the pedagogical processes
- Co-creating a cozy living environment through activities such as cooking, decorating, and keeping the premises clean
- Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and external specialist agencies
- Administrative and organizational tasks
Profile
- Career changers with completed basic training (EFZ)
- Experience working with people with disabilities is an advantage
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Outlook)
