Social Worker Social Counseling 70-100% in Sursee
The social counseling department in Sursee has the following position available from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement:
Tasks
- Clarification of social assistance entitlement and support for regaining economic and social independence
- Counseling and support for adolescents, adults, couples, and families within the framework of voluntary social counseling
- Clarifications in child protection on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority
- Clarifications and supervision of foster care placements
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with involved specialist offices and institutions
- Administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work (FH)
- Professional experience in one or more fields of social work
- Basic knowledge of social insurance, social assistance, and Swiss Civil Code (ZGB)
- If possible, experience in WSH
- Independent, resilient, and flexible working style
- High communication skills
- Enjoy actively shaping a lively team culture
