The EOC, the multisite hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. To complete our team at the Operating Room of the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valli, we are looking for an
Operating Room Technician or Instrument Nurse (80%-100%)
Profile:
The person we are looking for holds a diploma as an operating room technician (three-year TSO SSS training) or is a nurse specialized as an operating room technician with at least three years of work experience in the specific field of the operating room; has good knowledge in the use of main IT tools and knows, besides Italian, a second national language.
The candidate is a person able to remain calm under pressure and in difficult situations as well as adapt both in planned work and emergencies.
He/she is autonomous, has good communication and organizational skills, and is predisposed to teamwork and interdisciplinary work. Furthermore, he/she is a flexible person with excellent adaptability to present and future changes.
He/she believes, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of all our attention.
Preference will be given to candidates already active at EOC.
