Building Services Planner Sanitary – Project Manager
Activities
- Quality, timely and cost-appropriate handling of customer orders
- Independent management of projects in the area of new construction and renovation for commercial, industrial and residential buildings
- Acquisition of new orders and maintenance of relationships with customers, architects and suppliers.
- Responsible for all personnel coordination within the projects
Requirements
- Professional basic training as a building services planner (sanitary or heating)
- Additional training to Bachelor in Building Technology/Energy or Federal Diploma as Sanitary or Heating Master is an advantage
- Proven experience in the area of service/maintenance of heating/sanitary systems
- High service and customer orientation
- Fluent expression in German
- Resilient and structured way of working
- Enthusiasm for the possibilities of digitalization
