• You are responsible for the goal-oriented leadership of the team, ensuring quality as well as personnel planning and promotion of employees
• You are responsible for market-compliant property management and ensuring the maintenance of the property portfolios within the team
• You advise owners and tenants, prepare and negotiate demanding contracts, and manage the facility managers
• You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as periodic condition assessments including report creation
• You develop and manage the annual budget including forecasts and control the accounting of creditors
• You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution
• You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on setting rent levels
• You carry out lease changes, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments
• You act as deputy to the department head

• You have a Federal Certificate of Competence in Property Management or a Federal Diploma in Real Estate Trust
• You bring many years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have special knowledge in tenancy law as well as construction and marketing knowledge
• You speak fluent German and can advantageously communicate orally and in writing in other languages
• You possess empathy and the ability to deliver top performance together as a team
• You think and act entrepreneurially and enjoy helping shape Livit

• You have high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
