About the job
This is what you do
- Telephone and written contact with customers (external/internal) and handling their inquiries
- Processing general correspondence (account statements, etc.)
- Clarification of reasons for default and making payment agreements (installments) according to internal instructions
- Responsible for handling the direct debit procedure (LSV) and Debit-Direct (DD): creating and posting runs, processing any errors from the LSV run, handling customer inquiries and maintaining master data
- Posting and monitoring the process of power disconnections and installation of the disconnection unit in case of non-payment according to internal instructions
- Periodic system clean-ups: checking/cleaning the open item lists in SAP
- Creation and sending of dunning runs for Repower AG (excluding trading customers)
- Responsible for invoicing intercompany services, others and finance with SAP as well as supporting the further development of systems and processes
- Responsible for the archive of the Accounting & Tax department
This is what you bring
- Commercial basic training, completed further education in finance and accounting (advantageous)
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in accounts receivable/dunning
- Experience in using ERP systems (SAP)
- Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
- Very good German skills, Italian is an advantage
- Independent, focused and precise working style is as important to you as correct and friendly demeanor.
- Deadline-conscious and quality-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in communication with internal and external parties
