You want to shape the security of our bank holistically – digitally and physically? As a Business Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for the portfolio around information security and building security. This ensures that our data, systems, and locations are protected at all times – laying the foundation for trust, stability, and future viability.
Your tasks
- Developing and managing our portfolio for information and building security – from strategic development to operational implementation
- Prioritizing initiatives and investments, as well as developing concepts to sustainably reduce risks and implement protective measures in a targeted manner
- Shaping the balance between regulatory requirements, business needs, and technical feasibility
- Working closely with IT, IT Security, IT Risk Management, and Real Estate to ensure cross-departmental coordination
- Ensuring transparency in budget, roadmap, risks, and benefits of the portfolio
- Representing portfolio topics in strategic committees and acting as the central contact person for stakeholders
- Identifying trends in cyber and building security and developing innovative approaches together with the specialist departments to secure the bank for the future
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in portfolio/program management or in a responsible role in information or building security
- Solid understanding of information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), physical security, and regulatory requirements in the financial industry
- Experience working with cross-functional teams as well as in stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex security requirements
- Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001, or comparable qualifications are a plus
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written (at least C1)
