YOUR TASKS

• Professional care and support of patients
• Implementation of medical orders and participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures 
• High independence and responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated
• Supervision of trainees and students in nursing education
   

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a certified nurse HF/FH or with diploma level II (DNII) or certified nurse in general nursing (AKP)
• Professional experience in acute care hospital and in the care of surgical and medical patients
• Taking on at least 2 different shifts and weekend shifts depending on workload
• Great flexibility through assignments in all ward departments
• Resilience and high organizational talent
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least certificate B2) as well as good IT user skills
• Teamwork skills and the talent to guide employees
