About the job
Your tasks include:
- Administrative support for program and editorial management
- Internal and external correspondence (agents, authors, project participants)
- General assistant tasks (book fair appointments, calendar, expense reports)
- Administrative tasks related to database maintenance (Microsoft Navision)
In addition to your passion for literature, your profile includes:
- a completed training, ideally in publishing or bookselling, and/or several years of professional experience in office management
- organizational strength and quick comprehension, a high degree of discretion and reliability
- eloquence, confident German language skills
- very good English skills, French desirable
- strong competence in using Office 365 tools (especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and experience working with databases
