- Strong IT skills, preferably with Navision and KISIM knowledge.

Your Tasks
- You lead and organize the consultations in gynecology and ambulatory obstetrics, urology, nephrology as well as the scanning team
- You plan and coordinate the consultations and ensure a smooth process
- You actively participate in projects and further develop interdisciplinary processes
- You write medical reports from dictation and perform general administrative tasks
- In case of absences, you represent the other team leaders of the clinical operations and support your team in daily business
Your Profile
- A completed basic medical training such as MPA or MPK
- Leadership experience as well as professional experience in the mentioned specialties is an advantage
- Enjoy actively shaping changes, ideally with experience in change processes
- High social and communication skills, resilience, and ability to work in a team
- Very good IT skills, ideally experience with Navision and KISIM
