About the job
Activities- Handling all accounting activities in the area of financial accounting (general and subsidiary ledgers) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial processes
- Implementing strategic measures regarding integration into the Serco Group
- Identifying and implementing measures to improve financial processes and controls
- Ensuring personal professional development and applying the correct professional knowledge
- Communicating with other departments (mandates and cross-sectional functions) to clarify financial issues
- Conducting effective and impactful reporting as well as ad-hoc analyses and reports
- Ensuring compliance with internal control systems and procedures. Supporting auditors during internal and external audits
Requirements
- Basic and further education: Federal professional examination or equivalent (Federal FA)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Expert knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
