Trainee Direct Clients and Private Banking Switzerland

80% to 100% ◆ Uznach and Rapperswil, partly Zurich ◆ w / m / d

Your role:

• As a trainee, you will learn the banking business in all its diversity from the ground up over 18 months
• You will gain a broad understanding of our products and be introduced to the direct client business (retail banking)
• You will familiarize yourself with the topics of investments, financing, and pension provision and acquire initial advisory skills
• Additionally, you will build your knowledge through targeted further training and internships in specialist areas
• In private banking, you will support our client advisors in daily business and gain deeper insights into investment business
• You will actively participate in projects, campaigns, and the organization of customer events

Your education and experience:

• Master's degree, which at the start of the program on September 1, 2026, is no more than 18 months old
• Strong interest in the financial industry, ideally you have already gained initial insights in sales or customer consulting
• Very good language skills (spoken and written) in German, additional foreign languages are an advantage
