Care Specialist in the Area of Special Settings 80% - Fixed Term from January 1 to July 31, 2026
Your Tasks
- Accompanying and caring for 8 people with cognitive and multiple disabilities with challenging behavior
- Deputizing and/or assisting with hygienic and nursing tasks
- Supporting and accompanying residents in everyday and leisure activities
- Experience in taking de-escalation measures
- Key worker tasks/department work
- Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team, working groups and other areas as well as with relatives and legal representatives
- Night duty and weekend assignments
We Expect from You
- You have a qualifying degree in social pedagogy or in nursing/care
- Humor, wit, and a positive attitude towards life are among your strengths
- You enjoy working on team dynamic processes and contribute motivated and committed
- Client-centered action, flexibility, and tolerance are qualities that come naturally to you
- A car driving license and PC user skills complete your profile
