- You develop and implement a well-thought-out marketing communications plan along the customer journey, with clear goals for lead generation, trust building, and brand strength
- You equip our sales team with effective analog and digital sales tools and ensure target group-oriented sales information
- You manage and optimize CRM-based campaigns and are responsible for lead management along the funnel, data-driven and targeted
- You plan and execute cross-media campaigns to market our services, always in line with our brand positioning
- You further develop our digital marketing channels and create automated, future-oriented communication that excites our customers
What you bring
- You have a degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a completed commercial training in marketing
- You bring several years of professional experience, preferably with experience in the B2B sector and the Swiss healthcare market
- In addition, you are preferably already familiar with marketing/sales funnels
- You are an open personality with structured, entrepreneurial thinking and an independent working style
- Very good German and good French skills, both written and spoken
