Your tasks include:
As a specialist in operational maintenance, you will take responsibility for the maintenance of the properties assigned to you. You will be supported by a number of employees in the second labor market. You coordinate daily workflows and distribute tasks to the employees in the second labor market. You will carry out maintenance and inspection work on technical systems and repair tasks of all kinds. With your empathetic and patient nature, you will accompany and support our employees in a protected environment as well as our trainees.
What you bring:
- Preferably completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ, specialist in cleaning technology EFZ, or as a cleaning technology department manager BP
- Several years of professional experience in this industry
- High social competence, empathy, and the professional ability to set boundaries
- You identify with the values of the St. Jakob Foundation and live them in everyday life
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Driving license category B
- Driving license category BE or willingness to obtain it
- A passionate team spirit and resilience
