Your area of responsibility includes

• Responsibility for designing the key person system

• Implementation of a structured daily routine

• Designing a holistic and professional leisure program

• Active and transparent work with parents

• Co-design and further development of the location in organizational and pedagogical terms

• Handling various administrative tasks

• Contact with superiors as well as teachers

We expect from you

• Completed training as a childcare professional (specializing in children) or comparable training

• Several years of professional experience with younger children is an advantage

• Trainer course and experience in training FaBe apprentices desired

• Enjoyment in working with children

• High communication and social skills as well as pronounced teamwork ability

• High commitment, flexibility, and resilience

• PC user skills
