To strengthen our team in Würenlingen, we are looking for you as

Finance Team Leader 80-100% (m/f)

Your main tasks include:

• Leading the finance team and being responsible for all financial activities

• Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial accounting data and controlling

• Coordinating, monitoring, and participating in monthly and annual financial statements

• Monitoring and compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards

• Developing and implementing financial processes and policies

• Training and supporting the finance team in improving processes and systems

• Responsible for auditing, insurance, and taxes

• Ongoing liquidity monitoring

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting

• Very good knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in developing and implementing financial processes and policies

• Practical experience in the construction or industrial sector is an advantage

• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
