Your tasks
- Ensure the economical, safe, and reliable delivery of services in compliance with budget objectives/constraints, Service Level Agreements, and Standard Handling Agreements
- Economic management of the client portfolio with profit and loss responsibility
- Financial management of the mandate and guarantee the achievement of KPIs as well as reporting
- Lead the organizational unit with 70 employees and about 170 employees in peak season (TWS, Cabin Cleaning, Facility Cleaning, Warehouse Service, Lounge Cleaning, Disposition, Planning)
- Deliver presentations to clients and acquire new clients, participate in negotiations with clients
- Responsibility for safety and security (according to OFAC, airport, and authority specifications)
- Implementation of Vebego Switzerland's internal guidelines in the areas of environmental protection, health, and occupational safety
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a similar role in the airport sector
- Knowledge in business management and operational FM/FS
- Management of a unit with up to 200 employees
- Fluent in French and English, German is an advantage
