Project Manager & Program Manager Operation Excellence 60-100% (all)

Your tasks:

• Overall management of a large SME transformation project including roadmap, prioritization, stakeholder management, and measurable progress control
• Project management: building a scalable, audit-proof 7×24 network operation – pragmatic, process-oriented, and without years of corporate complexity
• Design and optimization of lean, seamless end-to-end processes as well as introduction of uniform tools, documentation, and automation
• Definition of clear roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and quality standards for efficient operation
• Support of the transformation towards a proactive, scalable 7×24 service provider
• Establishment and assurance of ISO-related standards as well as auditability for regulatory requirements in the energy sector
• Coordination of all technical, organizational, and commercial interfaces with internal and external partners – agile, direct, and impact-oriented
• Management of internal technical as well as organizational projects

Your profile:

• Experience in managing transformation projects – ideally in an SME environment
• Telecommunications, network operation, ITSM, engineering, or operations are your familiar fields
• You have practical knowledge of 7×24 operation, ITIL or eTOM, operational and risk management
• Strong development and implementation skills
• Ownership and enjoyment of working in a growing, entrepreneurial SME environment
• You empower teams, win them over for changes, and anchor real, sustainable further developments
• You remain calm and clear-headed even in turbulent phases – and focus clearly on the essentials
