Your tasks
- Responsibility for applicant and position planning management in the recruitment process of our junior and assistant doctors
- Coordination and conducting of interviews and job shadowing in close cooperation with the department management
- Processing insurance inquiries and general administrative tasks
- Assistance in organizing further training/continuing education and other events
- Support of our doctors in administrative, coordinating, and organizational tasks
Your profile
- You have completed medical or commercial basic training and ideally have experience in recruiting medical professionals
- You communicate confidently, both written and spoken, in German and are flexible regarding your working days
- You work independently, are innovative and team-oriented, keep an overview even in hectic everyday life, and are open to organizational and technical changes
- You are confident in using MS Office applications and have the necessary affinity to quickly familiarize yourself with other programs
