In this versatile role, you take responsibility for the production of demanding mechanical parts both in small and large series as well as for individual parts for our internal operating resources and systems. You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our manufacturing processes and implement them together with the team. With your expertise, you make a direct contribution to the success of our products.
- The production of complex turned and milled parts on CNC and conventional machines
- General mechanical work
- The optimization and further development of existing manufacturing processes
- Consulting our designers and project managers on questions of chip-removing manufacturing and manufacturability
- Co-responsibility for the professional supervision of our polymechanic apprentices
- A completed vocational training (EFZ) as a polymechanic, toolmaker, or production mechanic, ideally supplemented by specialized further training in chip-removing manufacturing
- Solid experience and in-depth knowledge in the production of complex turned and milled parts
- Very good knowledge in MasterCam programming, additional experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc or Heidenhain is an advantage
- A high quality standard as well as a reliable, precise, and efficient working style
- Teamwork skills, initiative, communication strength, and sense of responsibility
