- Deputy for the main agent
- Support in managing the private and corporate customer portfolio of the main agent
- Independent management of your own portfolio
- Active participation in achieving sales targets
- Consulting and support of customers, mainly by phone or at the customer reception
- Support of insurance advisors in arranging customer appointments and administrative matters

- Commercial training in the insurance industry or many years of experience in insurance is mandatory
- Passed intermediary exam (VBV)
- Willingness to regularly continue education
- Enjoyment in expanding existing customer relationships

- High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
- Convincing appearance with enjoyment in dealing with people
- Positive and winning manner, sales flair
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
