At the Curative Education School Sursee, we offer children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities a safe place for personal and social development within the framework of separative special education, always keeping their curiosity and joy of learning in focus.
Your tasks
- You support the learners in implementing school and support measures.
- You take on additional duties in the daily structure as well as break supervision.
- You assist the class teacher in preparing the school week and individual lessons.
- You perform administrative and organizational tasks according to the class teacher's instructions.
Your profile
- Ideally, you are at least 18 years old and have completed initial training or have a high school diploma.
- You maintain a constructive, open approach to challenges and bring flexibility regarding changing needs and tasks. You have organizational and creative talent.
- You have no fear of contact when dealing with children and adolescents with disabilities and are willing to support them with hygiene tasks.
- Independent thinking and acting, as well as the willingness to integrate into the class team, are natural to you, and you look forward to developing professionally and personally.
