The Negishi Sushi Bar, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue, centrally located at Zurich main station, specializes in the "Sushi To Go" concept and offers freshly rolled sushi creations as well as fine soups. For those who want to stay briefly, a few seats are also available.
