Is this helpful?
"Office, construction site or on the go? Why choose when you can have it all."
We are HMQ AG. In our team, we combine modern measurement technology with direct contact to people. We are looking for reinforcement in the area of evidence preservation. We do not need long-time construction managers. We are looking for motivated personalities who like to be on the move, pay close attention, and maintain a professional approach to people.
THIS IS WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE
Your workday is varied and most of your work takes place outdoors.
- On-site deployment: Your main task is to create crack reports. You walk through apartments and commercial spaces near planned construction sites. There you meticulously search walls, ceilings, and facades for existing cracks or damages.
- Documentation: You record the current condition precisely. You usually do this before construction begins, but also during or after completion for comparison shots. This ensures that changes to the building are detected.
- Installing technology: In addition to photo documentation, you independently install and configure vibration measuring devices on site.
- Smart working: You are equipped with a tablet, smartphone, and our own app. You record your reports efficiently and digitally.
- The office: The remaining time is used for clean post-processing of your data and finalizing the reports. You do this in the office or at home.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
You do not need a degree or years of experience in construction. Your attitude is much more important to us.
- Your background: You have completed vocational training (EFZ). It does not matter whether in crafts, office, or another area. Students or career changers are also welcome.
- Your working style: We will teach you the technology. What you must bring is a very careful working style. Our reports must be of impeccable quality because owners and builders rely on our data.
- Your appearance: You enter private apartments and commercial spaces. A polite, trustworthy, and well-groomed appearance is therefore absolutely essential.
- Mobility: You have a category B driving license (mandatory) and enjoy driving a car.
- Flexibility: If an appointment starts earlier or ends later, it does not unsettle you. You organize your time flexibly in consultation with the team.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- Start from your doorstep: Often you can start your tours directly from home with the company vehicle and save the trip to the office.
- Team culture: We are a young and well-coordinated team that supports each other.
- Appearance: We do not wear suits but present ourselves professionally. You will receive functional and modern HMQ company clothing in which you feel comfortable and appear competent.
- Perspective: We are constantly growing. With us, you can develop professionally and take on responsibility.
