Sanitary Installer in Planning
Activities
- Independent planning and design of sanitary systems in new construction and renovation projects
- Responsibility for the technical and organizational management of sanitary projects
- Development of concepts, schematics, calculations, and detailed plans
- Coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners, and contractors
- Conducting project meetings and ensuring smooth information flow
- Monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality throughout the entire project execution
- Participation in tenders, offers, and awarding procedures
- Site inspections, approvals, and support during commissioning
- Support in the further development of internal standards and innovative solutions in building technology
Requirements
- A completed apprenticeship as a building technology planner
- 1-2 years of professional experience as a building technology planner in an engineering office
- About 8 years of professional experience as a project manager HLS with confident, well-groomed appearance
- Possibly additional training at HF or FH level
- Experience and use of CAD systems
- Team readiness
