Your Tasks
In our lively reception, you are responsible for the professional and comprehensive care of our guests. You take reservations, carry out check-in and check-out, manage the guest file, and support the team with various administrative tasks.
Your Profile
You have attended a hotel management school or completed a commercial apprenticeship HGT in a hotel. In addition, you have solid computer user skills, preferably also in the reservation system Fidelio Suite 8.
Your native language is German and you have knowledge of English and French.
We are looking for a committed personality who values guest contact and feels at home in the host role. You are open and trustworthy and actively contribute to our young and motivated team.
