In the private senior and nursing home Perla Park, 46 residents live who are supported in a personal and private environment to maintain and promote their independence as long as possible and to enable them to live independently. We are looking from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement, for our "Stübli-Dienst" an AGS or Nursing Assistant 50%. Would you like to take on care tasks in long-term care and have experience dealing with people with dementia? Your profile: • You have professional experience in gerontological/geriatric care • Independent, flexible, responsible, and resilient personality • Knowledge in IT applications, CareCoach experience is an advantage • Good German skills in spoken and written form • Team-oriented and interdisciplinary thinking Your tasks: • Care of our care-intensive residents in the dining room and room service • You ensure a professional, attentive, and well-groomed service for the residents at all meals • Support activation therapy in planning and conducting activities • Accompany residents in leisure and life design • You independently offer short activities for our very elderly residents Our offer: • Careful introduction to the work with regular meetings and status assessments so that you can develop professionally according to your potential • Exciting and challenging area of responsibility that you can help shape within a motivated team • Careful and comprehensive training • Further training opportunities and individual support on professional everyday topics • Attractive employment conditions We offer you a working environment where human values and trust are lived.
