• Preparation and provision of raw materials according to our recipes
• Operation of production equipment such as cutters, fillers, portioners, cooking systems, etc.
• Production of pan-ready and kitchen-ready items
• Inventory management and item master maintenance
• Monitoring of manufacturing processes using the SAP system
• Working according to the guidelines of the quality manual, ISO standards, and legal requirements

• Completed basic training as a meat specialist EFZ or equivalent training or several years of professional experience in this field
• German spoken and written
• PC skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Precise working method
• Self-responsibility, resilience, and flexibility
• First experience in the industrial production of meat products is an advantage
• Mobility due to work starting at 5:00 AM
