Care Specialist or Early Childhood Educator

• You enjoy working with children between 5 and 8 years old and support them in discovering the world
• You plan excursions and afternoon programs together with a well-coordinated team, which you carry out with your group of children
• You communicate in an age- and child-appropriate manner with the children in your care and ensure respectful interaction
• You maintain close cooperation with the teachers and can engage in dialogue with the children’s parents

• Care Specialist for Children (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Work experience is desired
• You are reliable and punctual
• You enjoy working in a team
• You are solution-oriented, committed, and empathetic
