Store Manager (m/f/d) 80%

• As Store Manager, you are the host and ambassador of our brand.
• You take full responsibility for your team and ensure that our customers feel completely comfortable in your store.

Your tasks

• Leadership: You motivate your team, take on personnel management and scheduling.
• Performance: You are responsible for sales, the till and analyse the shop performance weekly.
• Brand Experience: You are responsible for visual merchandising and creative window displays.
• Operations: You manage stock control, ordering and assortment maintenance.

Your profile

• You have a great passion for fashion and enjoy selling.
• You already bring sales experience as well as initial leadership experience.
• You are an open, authentic and service-oriented personality.
• You work independently, reliably and speak fluent German.
