Your Tasks
- Monitoring the cleanliness and maintenance of all office areas (including storage, kitchen, etc.) and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines
- Monitoring office equipment including all devices (e.g. copiers, etc.) regarding functionality, cleanliness, and inventory
- Assisting in the organization and execution of events
- Responsibility for incoming and outgoing mail as well as packages and ensuring timely processing and forwarding
- Carrying out minor maintenance and repair work (e.g. changing light bulbs, adjusting furniture) and resolving minor technical issues
- Responsibility for organizing external companies for the resolution of larger technical maintenance and/or repair orders
- Regular information exchange on all ongoing topics together with the Workspace Manager
- Responsibility for reviewing and updating the operations manual
- Handling and reporting emergencies and co-responsibility during evacuations
- Completed basic training in the technical and/or commercial or technical field
- Professional experience in a similar field is a great advantage
- Very good German and English language skills are essential
- Very good MS Office user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Technical understanding and experience in minor repairs and administration
- Certified first aid course
- Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a very high service orientation
- Thoughtful, solution-oriented, and proactive working style with high self-initiative
- Team player with a very friendly and helpful nature
