Influencer marketing is a central part of our strategy. With this role, we take the next step: You will further develop our influencer ecosystem, specifically expand new channels like YouTube and TikTok, and strengthen long-term creator partnerships to sustainably scale our brand presence.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Development & Channel Expansion
You will further develop our influencer marketing strategy and especially expand YouTube and TikTok as growth channels while continuously strengthening Instagram as a central channel. - Building & Developing the Creator Ecosystem
You identify relevant creators, build long-term partnerships, and develop scalable cooperation models across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. - Influencer Acquisition
You identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable influencers who fit our brand, positioning, and target audience. - Campaign Management
You plan, manage, and implement influencer campaigns – from briefings and contract negotiations to content coordination. - Performance Analysis & Optimization
You analyze campaigns based on relevant KPIs (reach, engagement, brand impact, sales) and derive targeted optimization measures. - Budget Management
You jointly manage the influencer marketing budget and ensure efficient, performance-oriented allocation. - Trend & Market Analysis
You continuously monitor trends, platform dynamics, and market developments to strategically further develop BLACKROLL.
Your Profile
- You have solid experience in building and scaling influencer marketing strategies, ideally in the areas of health, fitness, sports, recovery, or wellness.
- You bring hands-on experience with relevant platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok and understand both long-form creator collaborations and short-form formats.
- You know the creator landscape very well and ideally have your own network as well as existing relationships with relevant influencers.
- You work confidently with influencers, agencies, and partners and have experience leading contract negotiations.
- You combine brand understanding with performance thinking, work data-driven, measure ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns.
- You are structured, proactive, and team-oriented, can manage multiple collaborations in parallel, and enjoy working cross-functionally.
