For our office in the center of Zurich, we are looking for aHead of Human Resources (80-100%)
Your tasks and responsibilities include, among others:
- Leading the Zurich HR department including recruitment, personnel development, evaluation, and administration – with active involvement in all areas of responsibility.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the firm's HR policies and tools (Rexx) in line with our strategic goals and ambitions.
- Acting as HR Business Partner: supporting the business in all HR-related matters and serving as the first point of contact for partners on HR policy as well as strategic and operational topics.
- Implementing digitalization (Rexx) together with our Head of HR in Geneva.
- Ensuring successful introduction and implementation of organizational changes.
- Maintaining and promoting Schellenberg Wittmer's positive corporate culture as well as regularly monitoring employee satisfaction.
- Active participation in talent management.
- Development in the area of employer branding in collaboration with our MarComBD department, aligned with our culture and values.
- Planning and implementing training programs for employees and managers.
- Responsibility for conducting and further developing the performance review process.
We are looking for a personality with the following profile:
- Several years of relevant HR experience, including in a leadership role; experience in the legal sector is an advantage.
- Completed HR studies or comparable education.
- Excellent leadership and management skills; ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Operational knowledge of key HR processes and practical experience – ideally in an SME.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, well-organized, customer-oriented, and results-driven personality.
- Passion for implementing positive changes.
- Very good German and English skills (spoken/written); French skills are an advantage.
- IT competence as well as knowledge in implementing and using HRIS tools.
