Zweisimmen is located in the Bernese Oberland, nestled in a gentle, hilly landscape. Hiking and skiing areas are right outside the school door. Zweisimmen is easily accessible by public transport, with the train station in close proximity to the school.
The Volksschule Zweisimmen is attended by approximately 320 students. The school offers all classes from kindergarten to secondary level.

Tasks
You will substitute for a teacher on leave, teach 24 lessons in a 5th/6th grade class, and lead it as the class teacher.
You will work constructively within the staff and contribute to the development of the school.
Your teaching days are Monday morning, Tuesday and Thursday (morning + afternoon), and Friday morning.
You will teach the following subjects: Mathematics, German, NMG, technical design, BG, sports.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a teaching diploma recognized by the EDK or are in training for it.
You are flexible, patient, and face the challenges of everyday school life positively.
You have a big heart for the students as well as empathy and understanding for their individual needs.
You possess team spirit and the ability to collaborate constructively with other teachers and the school team.
