Journalist (60 to 80 percent)
- You are confident in style, persistent, and careful. And you have solid knowledge about the Bern region and cantonal politics. Or the willingness to acquire this knowledge.
- An editorial team with few structures and limited resources fuels your ambition to produce especially good journalism.
- You are not afraid to take risks, gladly take responsibility, and want to help shape the journalism of "Hauptstadt".
- You bring entrepreneurial thinking and the joy of further developing your journalism – both in content and form.
- You work efficiently and independently, especially regarding the management of your own resources.
- You are a communicative personality who does not wait for instructions and guidelines but inspires with good ideas and is inspired by good ideas.
- You have a positive attitude and actively contribute to an open and appreciative discussion and editorial culture.
If you feel addressed, contact us by September 11, 2025. "Hauptstadt" pays a uniform salary of 7000.- monthly at 100 percent (without 13th month salary). Employment start: November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
