Co-Principal Primary School Wyden (30 – 35 %)
At our Wyden school building on the westernmost outskirts of Winterthur, around 240 students from kindergarten to sixth grade are taught. The age-mixed learning structure (AdL) is applied here. We are also a QUIMS school.For our school, we are looking for a committed co-principal starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Operational management of the school unit in organizational, administrative, and financial areas (school credit as well as budget within the framework of special education measures)
- Personnel and pedagogical leadership of the staff
- Ensuring school and quality development
- Parent work
- Collaboration with the school board, the education management, and the school principals of the Education Team West
Your Profile
- Proven leadership and professional experience in the educational environment, preferably with school leadership experience
- Started or completed school leadership training (or willingness to acquire it)
- Teaching experience as a teacher at kindergarten or primary school level
- Solution-oriented attitude and composure in dealing with challenging situations
- Flair for organizational and administrative tasks
- Communicative, appreciative with a participative leadership approach
