To strengthen our medical team, we are looking for a committed, professionally qualified individual with psychosomatic expertise. Our rehabilitation clinic offers specialized medical rehabilitation with an interdisciplinary approach in a modern, patient-centered environment.

Your tasks:

• Medical management of the psychosomatics department within the clinic
• Diagnosis, therapy, and rehabilitation planning for patients with somatoform disorders, psychosomatic comorbidities, and chronic pain syndromes
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with therapists, nursing staff, and social services
• Supervision and professional training of the medical and therapeutic team
• Participation in conceptual developments and quality projects

Your profile:

• Specialist in General Internal Medicine, Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, or Psychosomatic Medicine (or equivalent qualification)
• Ideally several years of experience in psychosomatic or rehabilitative medicine
• Leadership skills, team orientation, and high social competence
• Interest in interdisciplinary work and patient-centered care
• Enjoyment of innovation and co-design
