• Management and coordination of building construction projects in service phases 1-9 (HOAI)
• Monitoring of budgets, deadlines, and quality assurance
• Interface between clients, planners, authorities, and executing companies
• Identification and management of risks as well as derivation of appropriate measures
• Support of contract management, supplementary claim review, and award procedures
• Documentation and reporting to stakeholders

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field, combined with several years of professional experience in project management or construction management
• Confident handling of AHO, HOAI, VOB, and relevant standards
• Experience with digital tools for construction and project management (e.g., MS Project, AVA software)
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork, communication strength, negotiation skills, and initiative
