• You initiate, manage, and support development and change processes in your area and participate in cross-process and revenue-enhancing projects.
• You are also responsible for the factual, timely, and legally compliant coding of all medical and, where necessary, non-medical inpatient and outpatient services and contribute to the further development of the necessary business management tools and their digitization.
• You prepare performance data, thereby creating a solid basis for decisions at the management level.
• You are the contact person for attending and hospital doctors as well as medical specialist groups and work closely with the medical director, nursing staff, administration, and finance departments.
• You develop measures to improve medical processes within the hospital and participate in the analysis and further development of cantonal service mandates/hospital lists.
• Through your commitment, you promote interprofessional collaboration and maintain goal-oriented, sustainable cooperation with the predominantly attending physician-organized medical staff.

• You have a university degree in medicine, health economics, or nursing with additional business management training as well as further education in medical controlling; Health Information Management or similar.
• Leadership experience
• You have several years of experience in medical controlling/coding, ideally in a Swiss hospital with very good knowledge of the applicable tariff systems.
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and a high interest in digitization topics.
• You are a resilient, reliable, and engaging personality with high social and communication skills.
• You think positively and are solution-oriented.
