We are a nursing home committed to dementia care as well as palliative care in basic services for 84 people aged 18 and over. The care concept is based on relationship-centered care in the maieutic sense.
Help shape the night – responsibly, empathetically, and competently.
Your main tasks
Together in a team of three, you ensure high-quality care and support for our residents during the night. In your role, you bear the main responsibility and ensure seamless information and documentation. You are the contact person for the nursing team, relatives, and doctors, and act calmly and professionally in emergency situations. Furthermore, you actively contribute to the further development of our care quality during the night.
Your profile
You are an open personality and enjoy working independently. You have a tertiary nursing education and bring experience in long-term care, ideally in night shifts. You have solid knowledge in palliative care or are willing and motivated to acquire it. You are resilient and act calmly and professionally even in challenging situations. You have good German language skills in speaking and writing and understand the Swiss German language.
