Application Manager SAP HCM & HR-IT Project Manager (a)

In the newly created position, you actively shape SAP HCM, are responsible for the application in operation, and lead HR digitization projects. With your know-how, you connect IT, processes, and people, develop sustainable solutions, and shape the future of a modern HR landscape.
Your tasks
- You coordinate everything around SAP HCM. From payroll to personnel administration to organizational management, you ensure a stable operation and the further development of the PY, PA, and OM modules together with the team.
- Ideas for modern HR processes often originate in the specialist department. You pick them up, translate them into technical concepts, and lead HR digitization projects from the first sketch to go-live.
- To ensure solutions work holistically, you work closely with finance, IT, and external partners, connecting professional and technical requirements.
- You keep an overview in everyday life as well. You support 2nd and 3rd level support, manage external partners, and train and advise super users.
- When things get complex, you are involved. Whether as a deputy in payroll and annual processing with high billing volumes or in projects.
Your profile
- You bring solid experience in supporting and further developing the SAP modules PY, PA, and OM, ideally in an S/4HANA environment.
- You have successfully accompanied and implemented HR-IT or digitization projects. You know exactly how to get different stakeholders on board.
- Implementing legal requirements and company regulations as well as their precise mapping in the system is a matter of course for you.
- You enjoy structuring, analyzing, and transforming complex requirements into viable concepts without losing sight of the operational day-to-day business.
- A degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification forms your foundation. Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SuccessFactors, or other HR specialist applications is a welcome plus.
