Your Tasks
- Project management with heart and soul: You take responsibility for complex projects in switchgear construction – from the first draft to successful commissioning.
- Coordination is your thing: You are the link between customers, suppliers, and colleagues in the team. You ensure that everyone is on the same wavelength.
- Mastering challenges: Unexpected challenges? No problem for you! You always find solutions and ensure that schedules are met and budgets are not exceeded.
- Keeping the numbers under control: You are a real numbers juggler and always keep an eye on the project budget, resource planning, and progress.

What you bring
- You have a completed EFZ with further training in electrical engineering, automation technology, or similar.
- You already have several years of experience in switchgear construction and know how to bring projects to completion.
- Project management? You know your way around! You have a knack for schedules, budgets, and the right balance between attention to detail and big vision.
- You are a communication talent and know how to form all project participants into a strong team – whether in a Teams call or on site at the construction site.
- You are very familiar with MS Office and common software tools.
