- Planning workflows and discussing and executing them as a team
- Solving problems and fixing malfunctions
- Environmentally responsible disposal or recycling of waste
- Cleaning and repairing small vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Checking inventory in the warehouse and reordering if necessary
