Our Munich office bundles all construction/design, administration, and marketing functions as well as many front office tasks outsourced from the hotel.

• Develop our group-wide Health & Safety strategy further – including everything that belongs to it: occupational safety, fire protection, hygiene, emergency management
• Bring a company-wide HSE management system on track – including guidelines, risk assessments, checklists, and trainings
• Ensure that legal requirements (e.g., DGUV) and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 45001) are correctly, sensibly, and understandably implemented in each of our hotels
• Conduct audits, analyze risks, and develop pragmatic measures from them
• Train and support our local HSE officers – whether remotely or directly on site (e.g., during new openings)
• Are our face externally: in exchange with authorities, insurance companies, and professional associations

We have been waiting for you because you:

• Are a qualified occupational safety specialist with the appropriate qualification
  (e.g., through the BG or with a degree in safety management)
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable field – ideally with an international reference
• Are well versed in risk assessments, audits, and trainings
• Work independently, solution-oriented, and remain calm – even when things get heated ;)
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and on equal footing – in German as well as in English
