- Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the Mechanical Engineering team including business management responsibility
- Development of innovative mechanical concepts - from prototype to series production
- Definition and further development of technical standards, processes, and best practices
- Management of complex development projects and adherence to quality, deadlines, and costs
- Responsibility for the technical orientation of mechanical systems and solutions within the company
- Promotion of an open, trusting, and interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and adjacent areas

What you bring with you
- Completed education (FH/HF) in mechanical engineering or similar
- Further education in business administration, ideally with additional qualification in project management
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role in a technology or industrial company
- Strong commitment as well as independent, responsible, and structured working style
- Communicative personality with decision-making ability and assertiveness
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as identification with working with people
- Good knowledge of MS Office & SAP
- Very good German and English skills
