- Shape & take responsibility: You share responsibility for the medical care of our patients and actively help shape the internal medicine and general practice offerings with your professional expertise
- Connect practice & hospital: Together with a dedicated team, you will further develop our general practice with plenty of room for your medical ideas and experience. At the same time, you ensure a networked, high-quality care in close collaboration with the Medical Department and the hospital specialists
- Innovation & development: You actively contribute to the development of the internal medicine services at the Langnau location and bring new ideas into practice and hospital work
- Training with heart and mind: You support assistant doctors on their path, share your knowledge with joy and foresight, and promote professional development within the team
- Connected & human: As a medical contact person, you maintain an open, appreciative exchange with general practitioners in the region and, if needed, also take on nursing home care in cooperation with care institutions
